Beginner Yoga and Meditation: A Path to Healing

A beginner and introductory yoga and meditation course, lead by experienced yoga instructor, Jacqlyn Melita. Discover yoga basics, yoga poses, improve posture, learn yoga breathing, increase flexibility, understand and identify misalignment issues, improve strength, increase range of motion, obtain control over ones own body, maintain focus/concentration, decrease stress, and improve body awareness. Jacqlyn is a Yoga Alliance registered yoga instructor. She travelled to Malta for her training and has brought back her techniques and experiences to share with the world. Jacqlyn is currently teaching yoga on Long Island, New York while she lives out her passions. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and she swears by meditation and hopes to inspire others in order to let their own grace shine. Jacqlyn has taught yoga and meditation at the Ross School in East Hampton, New York. She also instructs kids yoga and offers private yoga instructional lessons. She also works at Hamptons Jiu Jitsu and Lila Family Yoga. Get ready for an exciting, energetic, and engaging yoga and mediation course!
